DeliverLah charges from S$4.50 to send a parcel anywhere in Singapore, with a flat S$1.50 platform fee per delivery — no surge pricing, no merchant commissions, and no per-kilometre platform cut. Droppers keep 100% of the distance pay (S$1.00 per km beyond the first 1km) and 100% of any priority fee. Merchants pay the same S$1.50 platform fee whether they send one parcel a year or ten thousand.

What it doesn't cover:DeliverLah is a technology matching platform, not an insurer. If a dispute is upheld we refund the delivery fee — we can't compensate for parcel contents. For high-value items, arrange your own parcel insurance.
